"The amount of clearly “purchased” reviews is hilarious. As many others have said, don’t move here. This community is garbage and the people in the leasing office don’t care about you. They care about your money. We had the misfortune of living here for around 5ish years or so. The community went down hill real quick during the peak of the pandemic. Homeless and drug dealers have all the power over this community because management doesn’t have the balls to take action. During my stay here I witnessed countless drug deals, vehicle break ins, attempted apartment break ins, police interventions and even suicide attempts (some dingus thought they could kill themselves jumping off a 3rd floor patio). I didn’t want to review this place after leaving half a year ago, but seeing all these lazy 5 star reviews left a bad taste in my mouth. Management if you’re reading this, don’t leave me one of the garbage copy and paste comments about calling you. Because I won’t. Focus your attention on your community rather than spending all day in an office behind a computer screen. You all are pathetic."

"Don’t move here!!!!! This place has gone downhill in the last 3 years. I used to live here a few years ago and loved it, I moved out when I bought my place. Now my mother in law lives here and we visit often. There are homeless people roaming around throughout the whole complex. One of the gates has been broken for a couple of months and it hasn’t gotten fixed. There is animal feces everywhere and it doesn’t get picked up. My mother in law has had a couple of things break in the last 3 months and have reached out to management COUNTLESS times and they keep getting told maintenance will come in to fix things and they just don’t come at all. You can clearly see drug deals going on if you drive out after 10 pm on a random weekend. Shop around and don’t be fooled for the “positive” comments on google. These apartments are not cheap at all but the quality of the complex doesn’t match the price at all. They used to be really nice and clean and quiet but now these apartments are just as horrible as the poop laying around everywhere on their yard."

"Our move to Riverwalk was smooth and quick, all thanks to Kelly's help. She answered any and all questions during the tour, and even when concerns arose after we moved in, she was quick to help fix our issues. As it goes with apartment living there can be many concerns, but when it comes to the office's help, Kelly has always greeted me with professionalism and kindness whether it's finding a missing package or answering a question."

"I honestly don't know how they find so many amazing people to work for them. As a manager of a big company myself I know exactly how hard it is to hire good workers. I'm honestly jealous!!! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Kelly and Marie and let me tell you how they know exactly who you are and what your their for. Alot of apartments make you wait so long just to get keys for a unit! Not here! They have them ready to go every time! Really saves me time in my day. But it's not only that... they radiate happiness and great vibes. These two individuals are stars in my eyes and I really enjoy doing window work for them. Their Maintenance man Dru is awesome too! Always helpful and ready to make things happen. All around a wonderful place thank you for always taking care of us!"
