"This was just dumped next to our property, a New Seasons shopping cart. Not a good sign of things to come."
"I have to agree with the other 1-stars. It's great that this opportunity is available. The property is brand new and it's nice and in a good neighborhood. The one star is for the property management company handling all the applications. The requirements changed each time I was able to speak with someone. They took days/weeks to respond and it was not easy to speak with a live person. Instead of getting everything they need for your application, they do it all haphazard and oftentimes they will have you do one thing then a week later that no longer applies and they give you something similar to do that should have been part of whatever they asked you to do initially. Their information is not the same from one person to the next either. Best advice is to get EVERYTHING in writing and be suspicious of anything you are told over the phone. Being extremely patient will make things easier once you get involved in their clusterfrack of a system. Weather it as best you can and hopefully you get in. Maybe you won't have any moving-in issues like I did. Overall, it's looking like it's going to be a continual struggle to live here because of how poorly managed it is."
"I was very optimistic about this place as they seemed like a great opportunity for low income families but they have terrible organizational skills. I applied and it took them two weeks to call me and tell me they were missing a photo of my ID which I had previously provided them a month prior. Then it took another two weeks to be told I was denied. I asked to appeal and I sent them documents and the property manager must not check her emails because she said she didn’t see she received anything until I called a week later for an update. I kept emailing and calling asking for an update on my appeal with no response and finally the property manager says the document I sent her for my appeal won’t work. So my appeal was never submitted and I was just denied. I guess it’s a good thing I won’t be living here as the management is already terrible."
