"The accommodation is very poor and the management is not cooperative. I once told them about an old refrigerator, can it be changed? They told me it's 10 years old, and we can't change it, because it works. The apartment is old and infested with insects. The jacuzzi is very dirty, there are leaves inside the jacuzzi. The housing is very old and expensive. I don't recommend it, the best thing is the maintenance staff is friendly and prompt, the management is very poor, the washing machine tore my clothes"

"My family has lived here for almost 4 years and we are only moving because we just bought a home. This is the best apartments we have ever lived and we have many fond memories here. The office staff are always super friendly and helpful. Maintenance was quick on the few occasions something needing fixing. The apartments are beautiful inside and out and landscaping is pretty. I liked that the bus picked up and dropped off at the front of the apartments. The pool is so relaxing, I will miss that the most. The best time to go is mid-morning, it gets busy in the afternoon."

"Lived at Hawks Ridge for a year and it was overall a great place to live. Staff was always helpful and friendly when issues arose, apartment was clean and well maintained when we leased it, neighborhood was nice. Normal noises of apartment living apply, although towards the end of the summer, the kids in the pool got exceptionally loud and scream-y. Parking close to your apartment can be an issue if you arrive home late, but I always found a spot within the complex. Make sure to use your vent when cooking! The smoke alarms are very sensitive."

"We moved into a three bedroom May of 2018 and have nothing but great things to say about living here! We have a private view from our patio and bedrooms, the community is so quiet and peaceful and maintenance is super quick. We feel like we live at a resort it is so clean and the landscaping is beautiful. The office staff is always so friendly and helpful, we just love where we live so much we will be here for years to come!"
