"I worked at over look as maintenance for 90 days..don't move in to this apartment complex mold,rats,ants,roaches infested thru all the buildings. Management is always scrambling and very unprofessional"

"I would give them one star; otherwise, I wouldn't rate them at all. The management is absolutely bad and unhelpful. Firstly, I had no hot water, and when I called them, they directed me to contact PGE. Unfortunately, they were uncooperative. After calling PGE, they instructed me to contact the office again. It took two days for them to finally address the hot water issue. Secondly, I pay extra for a parking spot, exclusively mine. However, my car was towed from my spot the day after I took it to fix my window and front mirror. It's frustrating, and I had to pay $360 to the towing company to retrieve my car from the spot I pay extra for. Third, you cannot use the gym for 24 hours, and for me, working night shifts, using the gym before work is not possible. The management doesn't care, After living here for 3 years, it's getting worse day by day instead of improving."

"I couldn't be happier with Overlook Pointe!!! Everyone has been more than helpful, accommodating and professional. The entire leasing team is amazing. Shanda, and Mary (if I am forgetting anyone, I apologize) were very helpful with assisting me with getting my new apartment at Overlook Pointe. The property is incredible to see, clean, well-kept grounds. The maintenance team obviously works very hard at making this place look great! It has everything you could want on property to entertain yourself. The application process was fast and easy. The apartments are very affordable for such a nice neighborhood. I went ahead and opted to get a carport so I always have a dedicated place to park. Even if I hadn't, there is ample parking throughout the property. I read a couple 1-star reviews and the most common theme left by those reviewers was this: They opted to not follow the rules, parked illegally, or just disregarded what they agreed to do. Life can be really simple: Do what you are supposed to do and follow the rules you agreed to follow. Not very difficult to do. If you are looking for a place to call home and want to deal with kind, compassionate and professional people, I recommend Summit, and Overlook Pointe. I have never felt so welcomed into a new community and appreciate everyone that works for Summit and Overlook Pointe. My apartment is even called "The Manchester" how cool is that? Stop searching and apply at Overlook if they have any openings. You will be amazed at how incredible they are. Thank you!!!!"
