"New management/ staff are great and respectful of tenants. The new maintenance guy is so nice and arrives quickly for repairs. Thank GOD the old Manager is gone and she took her son with her! that lady was a nightmare to this complex. Apartments are nice. Management on the other hand-useless. They don’t care to address concerns, all the do is kindly apologize and disregard you. Also, they do inspections every 2-3 months to make sure “no repairs need to be made” and those inspections have always been conducted by maintenance.. Now tell me why during todays inspection, the assistant manager was looking all over my apartment while I’m not home and then I find out from multiple neighbors who were present during their inspection that she respectfully stood by their front door and waited for MAINTENANCE to do his job. What’s the difference for those who aren’t home? Seems a bit like you guys are invading our privacy and being weird when we’re not around because why would we not deserve the same respect? Thank god for cameras because who knows what these people do in your homes when they know no one is watching. And “rosewood staff”, don’t just apologize and ask me to speak to you in person, give me an answer as to why you guys didn’t give me the same respect as the tenants who were home during inspections. And don’t get me started on their parking situation... such a joke I come back to add that I came home just now on 02/08/23 to a bunch of TRASH all over my front door, as if someone swept trash right onto my front door. I decided to check my ring camera and I see maintenance using a LEAF BLOWER to “clean” the hallways, throwing dust and debris all over my door Matt. What kind of way of cleaning is that first of all? Don’t be so lazy and use a broom, not a damn leaf blower in a closed apartment complex. Now our halls are even dustier because of all this trash that’s been thrown around. I emailed management and I’m hoping he returns tomorrow to clean up his mess correctly."
"Actually have to say the new people are very nice and the maintenance man, is really nice and has helped keep the apartment grounds clean! If you live here be prepared to have your apartment inspected like the prisoners cells are in prison. They refuse to set appointments, so you have to be prepared for them to barge in at any time. I’ve had my bedroom door unlocked during their inspections without a knock. I shouldnt be able to tell that someone inspected my apartment, that shows how disrespectful they are, they leave lights on and blinds up instead of putting things back the way they were. The funny thing is they inspect us like this, while the elevators, hallways and stairs are filled with trash. I hate living here. It’s true management is rude and not friendly at all."
"This place truly has the worst management. You can walk by the office and see the workers sitting at their desks or smoking on the corner only to then call them for information and have your call completely ignored multiple times and voicemails ignored as well. They have incredibly poor communication skills and they do not care about respecting resident’s privacy whatsoever. I have been barged in on by a maintenance man coming into my apartment unannounced while I was using my bathroom. Obviously that’s unacceptable but the office does not care and continues to refuse to schedule maintenance appointments or let residents know a proper time they are coming. Overall I have had a very poor experience with management here and I would not recommend these apartments to absolutely anyone save yourself the trouble and go somewhere with privacy."
"The people in the office never answer the phone. They do profile individuals, to many damn inspections, when hud only comes every 2 years. Not enough handicap parking spots. When they inspect they write down the wrong Apt number with the wrong things that need to be fixed. Example they came 4 times to fix my towel rack. It was fixed the first time. One inspection a years is more than enough. Give out eviction notices for every little thing."
"Elderly people in the building with health problems are unable to get up and down the stairs. Those individuals struggle every day to go about their business because the elevators have been out of service. When the news tried to contact them for comment, they made none. It’s clear that they do not care for the wellbeing of their tenants and they need rectify the issue promptly. It’s cruel and inhumane for those that are effectively trapped in their apartment rooms as a result of their neglect."
