"The apartment manager is unprofessional, unhelpful and immature. It’s really sad to see. Rather than being a point person in the community that makes the experience more enjoyable to the people who reside there, she harasses specific tenants, treats them differently depending on if she likes you and even gossips with tenants about other tenants in the complex. It makes living there feel like a hostile environment rather than a welcoming home. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A SIGN - this is your sign to look elsewhere for a place to live! There are other places with similar outdated layouts at similar pricing that will be less of pain. I hope management can help provide the community manager with more professional development opportunities & coaching or replace her with someone more suitable for the position."
"If you wanna get nickel and dimed when you move out waiting months for repairs and in general have sub par appliances and such it's great. Atleadt it was cheap when we moved in but yearly price increases made everything else more obnoxious. Don't worry they'll be sure to have landscape there bright and early every Friday"
"This is a terrible apartment complex - stay away! I reported rats in my garage and was assured the situation had been taken care of. Six months later, I moved to another condo to be closer to my son. During the move, I had Covid and severe Bronchitis, and the manager, Kathy, was constantly haranguing me and rushing me out, as she had already rented the apartment. When I moved, rats had again infiltrated my garage and destroyed thousands of dollars worth of property."
"I lived here from 2018-2019 and it's easily the top apartment complex I've stayed in around Portland. Cathy is a stellar manager, and the maintenance crew is so on top of things. I came back three years later because a friend mistakenly sent a package to an old address, and Cathy was able to receive it from the resident and hold on to it until I was able to stop by. Fantastic interactions even years later. I can't recommend this apartment complex enough. If you're searching, you've found the one!"
"Just moved out (April 2018). Lived there 3 years. When we moved in, the management was amazing. Current management is not so great. Pros: decent grounds, new mailboxes, competent and fast maintenance guy. Mostly quiet neighbors. Parking spaces decent, with single assigned covered spot for each apartment. The view from our third story apartment was pretty nice. Cons: Bouncy floors (lived on 3rd floor), lights never changed in stairwells or grounds (so it was much darker at night now than when we first moved in.) There were some break-in on the old mailboxes that added to my un-safe feelings. Front office does not take packages for tenants - huge pain to go to the post office, more than a mile away and not walk-able. The new mailboxes include medium sized package slots, but not enough of them to be much help. The roar of traffic from the freeway was definitely getting more noticeable over the 3 years (as in more traffic, louder roar). We have yet to do the move-out walk-through - sort of dreading it. Overall I'd rate it as decent. In my opinion, not worth the price they are asking."
