"The management here @ Town Center Station is a joke! They are hardly in the office and half the time don't even make it in the two days they are supposed to be working. They ignore problems and residents are pretty much allowed to do whatever they want. If you have an emergency they don't respond in a timely manner to get it resolved. Even though these apartments are supposed to be non-smoking, multiple residents are smoking in their units which stinks up the hallways. This gets worse during the summer when people leave their front doors open for hours to get free AC from the hallway. The hallway carpets never get shampooed and are dingy and filthy. Both stairwells hardly get mopped anymore and people spill beer and spit on them regularly, which is disgusting. I have seen multiple mice and rats around the perimeter of the building. I have also caught a man on multiple occasions sleeping in the entry way, laundry room, and common areas during the night and early morning. Maintenance requests are half-ass completed and residents destroy and trash their units. When we moved in, our apartment was a mess and multiple things were broken. The recycling on our floor hasn't been taken out for two and a half weeks now and is overflowing. Also management only gives one parking permit per unit now which is very frusterating if you have two vehicles as we do. There is no where safe to park overnight around here. They should really offer one additional permit for a small monthly fee."

"We lived here for a year and now that our lease is up we are getting the hell out. Management doesn't make it in more the two days a week and the people change so fast you can't even get reliable emails or phone numbers. Maintenance took over a day to get us back into our apartment when the dead bolt broke and we were locked out. Not to mention the guy SCREAMING in the hallway every few weeks. Application process was a huge hassle, we were on the hook for three months, and you have to re-certify every year. Unless this is your only option, just don't."

"If I can give them 0 stars I would. The management is doing a horrible job at dealing with residents. Don't expect to ever have a parking spot after 5 pm. The parking permit sticker does absolutely nothing. The parking lot houses cars from Washington/Idaho/and other cars with no permit stickers and broken cars that no one drives and towing does not touch them. However they will tow your car even with a sticker on it. Especially if you are like the other dozens of cars that are forced to park along unmarked curbs in the parking lot. There is no parking along the street and you are surrounded by other apartment complexes that have their own parking restrictions. Don't expect to get a timely call back from a manager. It seems like no one ever manages this place. And the assistants that sit in the office are literally just there to take a message that no one returns. Completely useless management. The maintenance people for this apartment are also no where to be found. I have waited over 6 months to get simple things fixed before. Currently waiting to get my dishwasher looked at and still no one. Bottom line is save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to live. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and will caution people that do find in interest in living here. I have lived here for over 3 years and just don't have the energy to live here anymore. Or money to get my car out of towing."

"The apartments are nice and well built. Unfortunately the management and maintenance staff aren't very helpful and are hardly around. Work orders take months to complete. Once, when l was locked out of my apartment, maintenance would not respond to my calls, so I was forced to pay a locksmith to let me in. Numerous outside lights are out making it dark and unsafe at night. The lights that do work, are left on 24/7, so much for being environmentally friendly as they claim on their website. If you cant find management or maintenance, just look outside in the smoking area where they can often be found, smoking and chatting with each other."
