"trying to make it a better place"
"Honestly one of the worst apartments there are. Nothing is done, pool has been covered up by dirt by management. They keep towing cars that back up park when they do it all day long. Laundry facility was cleaned once since being here 10+yrs. Never going back. Always hear noises in the attic that is blocked off in (supposedly) all units. Only way to ASK for things to get fixed is by filling out a letter. No email. No phone number. Feel bad for new tenants they have no idea the crazy they're getting themselves into. Should be shut down."

"The new management keep sending you Warnings letters about what tenants should do an when to pay while the apartments are kept horribly, the pool is a mess, the laundry room is super dirty and the 60+ managers have a balcony on the parking lot where they like to stare to everyone who is parking...quite uncomfortable if you are a woman!"
