"I lived here for 2 years and I had a wonderful experience in this apartment complex. Everyone who works in the office treated me with immense kindness and understanding whenever a need arose. I'd pop in for a coffee or while walking with my cat too, and it was always fun to visit them! Additionally, maintenance was very quick and efficient with any requests I submitted and the complex was always kept clean and tidy! I was thankful that maintenance was careful whenever opening my door to complete a request too, ensuring that my cats stayed inside. (Thank you Brent!) Finally, the location of this complex is hard to beat! It's right off the highway, which is very convenient, and up a large hill so I always felt safe. There's also a walking trail that goes around the community and plenty of wonderful amenities. Thank you so much to Abbie, Kelsey, Hunter, and Jessica for everything you did to make this home so special!"

"We spent a year in Altamont Summit, this is so far the best apartment we've ever had. 1. Chill Vibe: Unlike the usual leasing folks we've dealt with in other places, the crew at Altamont Summit are awesome. Especially Abbie – she's a rockstar. The maintenance team is also great, always ready to help with a smile. Seriously, no need to stress about anything breaking down because these guys have your back. They usually complete our maintenance requests in under two days, no complaints there. Had a bit of back and forth when it was time to move out, but these agents are always down to help and find solutions. 2. Sweet Setup: The rent's not cheap for sure, but trust me, it's worth every penny. We've got a trail and a park right around the corner, and the apartment has a solid gym – big and kept in good shape. 3. Quick suggestion – guest parking's a bit of a headache. Always jam-packed 'cause some folks with two rides hog the guest spots. I get it, only one free spot per apartment makes sense. But hey, maybe management could brainstorm a way to keep residents from snagging the guest parking and keep things smooth for visitors."

"I’ve been living here for almost a month now. The area is very quiet and in a good spot. I got lucky and chose an apartment with the view of the city/St. Helens. It’s a very pet friendly community, so you always see someone walking their pet. Yet at the same time, people make sure to pick up their dog’s poop. The only big issue at this property is the parking. There’s one assigned spot and a couple of guest spots (seems as if some don’t leave their apartment and park there 24/7). Luckily, my partner works 10 minutes away and gets to the property before 4 pm. It seems like packages arriving to the correct location/apartment might be another big issue. The office staff is very quick to answer our emails and maintenance completes work orders within 2 days (super awesome!). If the parking wasn’t an issue, it would be 5 stars for me! UPDATE - I’ve been living here since April 2021. We just re-signed our lease. We love it here! You’re close enough to stores and everything but far enough away from the craziness. Overall, it’s been a good experience here. The office staff is really nice, prompt, and helpful. Maintenance is very prompt as well. They’ve had to come back in a couple times to fix things but the MT supervisor here is awesome."

"We have the best sunset view! Definitely one of my favorite places to live. Nice basketball court. Someone finally bought new nets. When we first moved in (2016) it was horrible to play with ripped nets! Gym has been upgraded with a stair master (my favorite) although mirrors would be nice in the gym. Have been struggling with pests for several months now. Overall it’s a wonderful place to live! Jogging trail, Altamont Park, beautiful pool, and great view!"
