Town Center Heights

"Town Center Heights was a great place to live. It was my second time living there, once about 15 years ago and then recently we needed a place to rent after we sold our house for a few months and Donna was able to accommodate us on a month to month basis until we found a new house. The property is well maintained and Donna and her team are very responsive to any maintenance requests. Would highly recommend."

"Town Center Heights is an exceptional place to call home. The entire experience, from the leasing process to the comfortable living arrangements, has been nothing short of outstanding. First and foremost, the management team at Town Center Heights deserves high praise. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about their residents' needs. Any maintenance requests are promptly addressed, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels valued and supported. The apartments and grounds themselves are wonderful and very well kept, as well as quiet and calm save for the freeway noise, but that easily blends into the background. Parking is easy, it's assigned, and there is guest parking available. There is a fenced, off-leash dog park within the apartment grounds and there are poop bags provided both in the park and around the apartments. There is also a pool and jacuzzi open for about three months during the year. The neighborhood is great. It's very quiet and you frequently see people out walking, with and without dogs and the location itself is really fantastic. It's a short, easy drive to the freeway, the mall, and a bunch of shopping on 82nd. My husband and I plan to call this our home for many years to come."

"I moved here almost a year ago, and just renewed my lease for another year. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained. The units are beautiful. I chose a Grandview. Donna (the property manager) is extremely responsive and her team does an excellent job as well. I feel fortunate to live here!"

"By far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. I lived here for a year and they take very great care of making the place look good. It doesn't look or feel trashy. They're on the ball if any issues come up. I lived in a great 2 bed/2 bath apartment on the third floor (great sunset views!) and was surrounded by awesome neighbors as well. Never had an issue with anything from them. You can hear doors shutting every once in a while, a temper tantrum, or even someone's alarm clock go off but that's the worst I encountered. Also the highway noise was a constant background noise but you got used to it. Move out was very nice and easy, no hidden fees or them trying to charge you an arm and a leg for something like a stain on a carpet. I wish I could've lived here longer, but we needed a larger 3 bedroom for my daughter to have her own room. Plus this place was so convenient to the mall, Target, Costco, food places, and I-205!"

"We've been here for about 2 years and we must say, Donna is a great manager. The apartment complex is well maintained, any maintenance issues that occur Donna is always on top of it and tries to take care of it as soon as possible; she went out of her way to make the club house/gym area family friendly. The pool in the summer is great and always kept clean. Overall, if you are looking for an apartment in the area, schedule a viewing today :) !!!!!!!!!"
