Town Center Courtyard

Town Center Courtyard is a three-story community building located in Happy Valley, Oregon. This alcohol- and drug-free institution offers one-, two- and three-bedroom units, some of which have project-based Section 8 rent subsidy through the Housing Authority of Clackamas County. The units are income and rent restricted based on a percentage of Median Family Income for Clackamas County.
