"Just took a tour at the Station today. A nice tall handsome gentleman by the name of Kevin escorted me around the premises. While walking by the pool a young man was having trouble swimming and Kevin gave him swimming lessons for an hour and a half. Which was just one of the many fantastic things he has done for the community over the years"
"They stick you in a crappy apartment with broken appliances and shoddily patched holes in the wall for $1200 a month, then they won’t enforce towing for the entire year for non-residents, but when your resident pass expires they’ll tow you without warning. Pool is always closed too so don’t let that be your reason to sign a lease. When I moved in I had to scrub dried pee from around the toilet seat and the broken laundry machine permanently stained some nice jeans of mine."
