"I was the first resident to move into building 2872 when I moved in. The customer service exceeded anyone's expectations. It was worth paying to live in a happy place of peace and security. My nightmare began when they sold Woods Parter. Terrible customer service. , they are racist and something that is not negotiable is the security is so bad that the packages are being stolen from the mail room, they do not take responsibility or take action, dirty common areas and the disorganization in the office is fatal. Yesterday I received an email to 6pm that the garbage was not going to be collected, a service that I paid for and that at least they should have had the responsibility of announcing in advance, not at the time the person is supposed to pass by."

"I have lived here for a little over a year now, and I cannot begin to describe how positive my experience has been. The people running the front office are amazing. Pamela helped my wife and I find the perfect apartment, and was extremely helpful during every step of the process. The groundskeepers are very friendly, and attentive. Andrew will work around the clock to make sure that you are taken care of. He always follows up after services to see if we are happy with his work (we are). Andrew has also showed up at 1:30 AM to fix our door, so we could get back inside our place. Can't thank to staff enough for everything they do."

"A winning experience here at Avila. I started here with my first visit, not impressed (because of the employee). I gave Avila a second chance. Met Pamela, who provided me with an amazing experience. The amenities are unparalleled. Signed lease a couple of days later. While here I put in work orders for ceiling fans and TV mount. "My husband and I toured this property a few months back with Pamela and we were so impressed with how thorough and detailed she was in showing us around. During our tour, we loved how beautiful the property was and we were in awe with the thoughtfully designed areas. From the peaceful resort-style amenities, to the sleek and well crafted apartment layouts, we knew this was the perfect spot for us. We moved in 2 weeks ago and we're so grateful that we did. It's so refreshing to find a neighborhood where staff really care about their residents. They’re all so hard working, dedicated and attentive to detail. Everyone we’ve interacted with so far-- Rubiel, Pamela, Santana and Shadeed, have all been so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They really are a dream team! We only have great things to say about this place so far and we’re so happy to call Avila our home."
