"What an incredible place to live! Leasing office staff is super a nice and super kind. Aria made our move very smooth and fast, Kelly welcomed us to the community and explained about how everything works; Hunter is always super nice and helpful whenever we stop by office. Community looks very nice and modern, amazing gym, clubhouse and resort like poop area. My family loves this place and they are dog friendly, there’s even grooming room for our 4 paw family member."

"There is not a big enough word count for all of the positive things I have to say about living here at The Strand! After living here for 3 years with my family making the best memories, I was able to move into my dream apartment. I feel like I live in a high-end luxury hotel with our amenities. Reyna, Kelly, Rachel and Nat are some of the best ladies to work with. My pup Pumpkin loves the atmosphere and doesn't hate the grooming room lol. I always feel safe, at peace and I am SO ready to start the new year at The Strand "
