"We recently moved in from the UK. We had great help from the staff at the leasing office and were able to arrange everything and sign a lease whilst still living abroad. The staff here are excellent and very helpful. The wifi at the clubhouse was a saviour until we got our own service turned on."

"I love how this community is somewhat hidden in one of the nicest and safest locations of Oviedo. I selfishly don’t even want anyone else to know about it lol. But, my main reason for this review is bc of Kim! She took care of us and helped facilitate one of the most smoothest and quickest lease approval’s we’ve ever had. Not only did she quickly get us in to our home, but she gave us status updates of the approval process via text which I really loved AND she also made sure we got any monthly promos the community offered. Kim you truly are a blessing! Thank you for caring about your future tenants! The homes are not brand new but they do still look good and they have lots of storage space. A home is what you make it and if you keep it clean and decorated beautifully you should be happy with it."
"Great newly renovated community. Management and maintenance are very quick to respond and actually do great work! The lady's at the leasing office are very nice and accommodating and do thier best to fulfill your needs. No college kids or sketchy people here. The residents I have met have all been nice as well. Brand new AC. Overall, this has been the nicest and quietest complex I have stayed at."
"Monthly rate is a bit pricy especially in school opening season but in terms of the location and maintenance, communication with lease office, it’s just 10/10 perfection. Especially, David and Bre are amazing!"
