Enclave at Alafaya Apartments

"Looks like a nice community but seriously pick up your phones how else do you expect to make money for your company!!?? when people are interested in the place but you can’t answer? I called 10 times btw and management seriously dosent care because it’s stated over 20 times in reviews they don’t answer, and apparently still don’t unprofessional!!"

"I stopped by and knocked on the door and Lissette answered. I was surprised that I got a response cause noone ever answers the phone. I told her I was interested in a one bedroom that was available April the 15th, and she told me the income qualifications and all, which knew I was going to meet. I was currently living at Oviedo Town Centre and was downsizing. She asked for my contact number and said she'll call me some time next week. Mind you this was the end of January and still to this day no call from her. I called so many times and went by the office hoping to do all I needed to, so I can secure the unit which is gone now! It's sad how neglectful they are by not answering the phones nor returning the calls. The worse thing they could have possibly done was lock they door and put up shutters they close so you can't see in at them. I hate they did this many years back. I've been with Concord since 2010 since Donna, Debbie, and Karen was at OTC. I must say Abby and her staff will answer the door and return calls at OTC, and Abby has sweet person, and she attended to my concerns with a tenant and it stopped. At Enclave, I didn't know what the problem is here, but there should always be business hours for the public, especially future tenants. I had called corporate about this and was told if she didn't call by such and such to call them back, and they will contact her, but I no longer bothered, but I decided to leave this review. This would have been my 3rd time leasing with Concord management, with OTC being my longest tenancy of 13 years, so I thought I would have been treated like a valuable tenant who took care of their property, premises, and paid on time. I would have stayed another year in my unit after I decided to recant my intent to vacate, but Alison already pre-leased the unit. The new tenant won't have to worry about filth, pests/ roaches, nor mold cause I didn't have those issues and refused tolerate such nastiness!"

"Got approved pretty quickly and fell I. Love with the place! It was a first come first serve type situation on the apartments and when I didn’t hear from anyone I showed up and got my answers and now I live in a BEAUTIFUL 2/2. Quiet neighborhood, not a lot going on. Would be perfect if it had a pool! Other than that no problems !"
