"After concluding may 2 years rent here I am overall satisfied with my time and money spent. The property is well maintained and maintenance was kind and prompt with work orders. Appliances were new and never gave me any issues. It may be a bit pricey but i do think its worth it. However, here are some important things to know before signing the lease. 1. The "resort style" pool they have was NEVER once opened in my two years there. The other pool is fine, nothing special. 2. The fitness room is okay but crowded if more that 3 people are there. 3. The trash compactor was great outside of the occasional overflow. 4. The office hours are some of the weirdest I have seen, but the staff was normally very helpful. 5. The walls are great as I rarely heard my neighbors ever."

"disgusting apartment, never answer your calls they charge you for months you did not live there. they send you to collections without any communication. if you want to become homeless with bad credit after living here. this is the place for you. disgusting human beings should be ashamed.of themselves. and i have receipts and emails showing that they scammed us and changed our lease end date without our permission"

"They are horrible, I asked them to fix water leakage. In July, which basically made my bill be almost 600 dollars now tell me where you see that as normalcy, I asked them to do a credit adjustment, in which they agreed at first now they went back on their word. And now they telling me is my responsibility, how, and the worst part I tried to work with them they still denied me and told me I had to pay it all. This has been the worst experience, they were supposed to fix our ac, is not fix they gave us the wall one which don’t do nothing I can only imagine how our light bill is going to be. I’m so aggravated, and to make it worst with inflation is not worth amount we are paying on rent might as well get a luxury apartment. Don’t move in here."

"Leased starting in February. They literally never stop painting. Earlier they blocked all staircases and painted over everything on our door. Crime is rampant. Expect to get help with a service request? Good luck. We’re getting better at fixing things ourselves because they can’t get people to our apartment. It seems too often we get notices of crime. Also this is smoke friendly community so hope you don’t live near smokers. (We do) Price is affordable and the sq is nice but it comes with a heavy price. Edit: don’t try to swim Edit: just got a notice telling us there will be times where we cannot take the trash out of our apartment because the complex’s compactor is broken so often. Avoid this housing at ALL COSTS THEY ARE LITERALLY TELLING RESIDENTS TO KEEP TRASH IN THEIR UNITS"
