Tivoli Apartments of Orlando

"I was unfortunate enough to stay here for 2 months before getting out as soon as possible at a steep financial loss, solely to preserve my sanity. This is a borderline slum project. The apartments are old and physically revolting, you can just feel an aura of cockroaches around you, and the sound insulation simply does not exist. You will hear your neighbors above you and next to you, 24/7 if they so chose. Good luck but I would NEVER come here again."

"I lived here for 3 years. The apartments are pretty good and I never had any issues while living there. Maintenance is responsive and helpful, and the apartments are in okay shape. Cheap paint jobs and the floor is coming up, but honestly you get what you pay for and I never cared. Why the one star review, then? Because moving out, they suck. I did a Sublease and they refused to give me a prorated rent refund for my move out month, insisting that I need to workout the reimbursement between myself and the new tenant. I've never heard of this before and it's extremely unprofessional to have tenants handle money under the table like that. Same thing with the security deposit. When you call the office, they all give you different answers and send you all over the place. I blame management, not the office staff, since it's just terrible company policies. They still owe me a $700 supplemental deposit, so we'll see if they ever send that back."

"I only was there visiting, so I only saw the gym, but the gym is pretty nice. It’s crowded for sure, but that’s because there’s a lot of equipment in there that you can use rather than like a scanty Little gym. I’ve heard that they have a silverfish problem along with spiders and roaches, but most apartment complexes around here I won’t have that I’m not even gonna lie. Mine does. Not a bad place and it’s cheap."

"I have been suffering with a persistent roach infestation for nearly six months now. As a result, we stopped from cooking or even using the kitchen. Despite my numerous attempts to address the issue with the leasing office, no effective action has been taken. The current state of the premises has become unbearable, as roaches have infiltrated every corner, including my own personal space. This place has turned into an unsuitable environment for habitation, and I strongly advise against considering it as a place of residence."

"Hands down the best student housing for UCF. I lived here for two years, and I don't think I could have made a better choice. Here are some reasons why: -Very friendly, hardworking staff. Always had all of my issues resolved quickly and hassle-free -PARKING, I've lived in places that offer very limited parking for both guests and residents, which is something not many people take into consideration until your friend is trying to hang out but ends up circling your complex for 20 minutes to find a guest spot. Not at Tivoli! More than enough parking for everyone, and no designations for guests, meaning they can park anywhere which is super convenient. -LOCATION! So close to campus, and you don't have to go through the horrendous traffic on Alafaya (Just take McCulloch) just to get to class, and very close walking distance to Memory Mall for tailgates (10 minutes going through the trails) -Always puts on cute community events -Everyone who lives there is super friendly. Made some really close friends in the neighborhood. -Cute puppies EVERYWHERE -Affordable rent Those are just a few reasons among many Tivoli was a perfect fit for me. P.S. if you can get the 3rd floor vaulted ceilings, do it! My roommates and I were always complimented on them."
