"Was good for like 6 months, but they never clean the gym. And they switched wifi providers. It's so slow it disconnects me at night I have to go out of my apartment to submit hw assignments."

"It has been 2 weeks without properly functioning internet, which is extremely inconvenient for university students. I have a couple other concerns which I think should be made known to anyone looking to lease here, although they may not be major. The rooms are pretty small and floors are thin. I live on the second floor and walking at a normal pace makes me feel like I’m stomping the floor. Upon moving in, my bed space was cleaned for the most part, however my carpet was so matted with hair from the previous tenant that I had to spend hours removing it myself. Even then, I was still finding hair. As for the rest of the unit, I moved into a unit containing a previous resident, meaning that the common area was not cleaned by the staff prior to move- in. While the condition of the common area (especially the refrigerator) was horrid, I understand that it was not cleaned due to a current resident. As for the events, I can tell that they put a lot of effort into making them fun and I like the visiting food trucks. Recently they have even been doing giveaways which is great! They are incredibly quick to sort through mail, and maintenance is loud when they enter which is good to make their presence known. It’s also a plus being walking distance to campus, or having the option of the shuttle, plus the property gives off good nature vibes. If it weren’t for the recent internet issue, I would have been able to look past the rough move-in and give mostly positive feedback about this place. I feel really bad having to make this review, however this month has just felt like a waste of rent. The internet was completely fine before, now it’s just cheap."

"I am a current resident. Staff and everyone is very friendly and events are fun. They recently got new wifi (old one had no issues) and this wifi is terrible. Devices won’t stay connected and takes forever to load something. If you are someone looking to work or do school work in the comfort of your own apartment this is not the place for you. They definitely went cheaper on wifi and ruined it."

"I’m changing my review from a few years ago, which was 4/5. This place used to be good, but now they’re charging me for “moving out damage fees” from a few years ago. There were no damages and no proof was provided. I’ll remove my review if I’m compensated for these false charges, but I doubt the management cares. (UCF alumni - mechanical and aerospace engineering)"

"BEWARE: DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS!! I stayed here for 2 years, from 2019-2021, this place is nothing special, honestly less than mediocre, place is dirty when you move in, carpets aren't even vacuumed. Walls are super thin so good luck living below someone, you'll hear every step they take. Maintenance was on the brink of harassment the amount of times they randomly barge into your apartment without notice. During my stay they were "renovating", provided us with new dressers and desks etc. The dresser I received was cheap and the drawer would not close from the second it was dropped in my room. I tried to call maintenance to have them fix it, but they didn't. Over 2 years later, they send a dept collector to charge me $200 for the drawer. Their events are poorly coordinated and boring, gyms are small and lacking good equipment, pools are dirty, and if you want to park even anywhere close to your apartment you have to pay for a parking pass. I would recommend Adele Place, never bothered me once, no hidden fees, and the apartments were much nicer for the same price. Do better Northgate, we pay enough already to stay in your trashy apartments, you having to scrape up the dirty change from broke college students is embarrassing to say the least."
