"I have lived here at this community for about four years. When I first moved in management was great and things where being fixed and attended to. We have a new manager in place now and ever since she's been here it seems like the property and customer service is declining. The office never seems to respond to emails or answer the phones. They are not paying attention to the curb appeal and the community gates are always broken. My hallway area is always dirty from the neighbors leaving out their valet trash and squirrels ripping though the bags. I have brought it up to their attention multiple times about all the issues that are ongoing. They then decided to walk all the units and because I left the bin out with no trash inside the ended up charging me a trash violation fee. They never sent an email letting us know that bins needs to be placed inside after hours once the valet trash is picked up. I understand if its after hours and their is physical trash bags inside but my bin was clean and empty. If they set these rules then I would follow but I was not aware that I had to bring them inside once the trash was collected. The parking lot is extremely dark during the night time. They have not changed the light outside and its been burnt out for months this is a safety hazard. The only good thing about this community is the maintenance team. They care and they do their job. Its extremely over priced for the community manager to not care and attend to her tenants. Her role is to help the residents and make sure the day to day task run efficiently on the property she is the complete opposite."
"I rented at this apartment complex for a year this past year. The experience was not so good and I’ll go into detail with this. We had a pleasant agent helping us with our paperwork and move in process. They gave us a tour of the premises and it is a nice kept community. Informed us on the mailing process, amenities, fees, and overall rules of the community. After this we moved in to the apartment and completed our check list. There were some things broken from the start and we took note, but overall it was spacious and it was a good start, but that did not last long. After a month we had some issues with appliances and they took months to fix these issues. Even when they would fix one appliance, it was just a bandaid fix and the appliances would break again. It was a nightmare getting them to come fix things which were urgently needed to be fixed. They would hold off on getting new appliances and most of the time we just had to work around the broken things in the apartment. Upon moving out, we had done everything required to make it an easy move out and we thought everything was fine. They are trying to charge us $800+ on things that weren’t even our fault. We’re in the process of fighting this bill since we don’t think it reflects how we left the condition of the apartment. So beware if you decide to rent here, you will be charged a hefty amount for normal wear and tear or normal cleaning. This is really unfair and has never been done at my previous apartment rentals. Overall, they had some nice amenities and activities, but their maintenance team needs work, and their management would take weeks to figure problems out. Also, their portal would often have issues and we couldn’t complete payments on the set time. We would have to wait until this was fixed and then rushed to make payments on their time. I would not rent here again and would caution anyone trying to rent here. It was quite a pain dealing with those issues, but I would see this as a last resort. It is listed as a luxury apartment, but that’s only on the surface, not all the way through."
"I rented here for 2 years. The complex itself, was safe and the other tenants were fine. If you are interested in staying somewhere that has a caring management and one that is available to help resolve issues that may arise, do not rent here! I had two situations that required interacting with management, and with both situations, I am still waiting to actually see and/or talk with the manager. When I did have an appointment with the manager (which seemed impossible to do), I met with the assistant manager. It seems the assistant manager is trained to provide good lip service. In my situation, no action was demonstrated that really considered my concerns. Additionally, regardless of my documentation, it seemed to make little or no difference in the resolution. Upon ending my lease, I lost my deposit. I tried for 6 months to resolve claimed fees due. Even though I was told by the assistant manager that my case was closed and all issues were resolved, I now have a debt collection. In the two years I was there, the complex went through two different managing companies. Good luck with consistency."
