Walking distance to places such as the police station, several grocery stores and a community park make this a must destination for anyone moving to the Oviedo area!"

"Christine was so helpful throughout the whole process! This apartment complex is so lovely and close to everything. Maintenance has been friendly and super quick to address all my issues, Jay is the best! I love that it's mostly quiet around here but not completely dead, and the staff hosts plenty of events for residents! The floor plans are spacious and pretty, even the 1 bedroom units. These are basically brand new apartments, so no mold or other issues to worry about, and you're getting brand new and modern appliances, can't beat that. The exterior and surroundings are pretty and well-maintained. Living literally less than a 5 minute walk from Oviedo Park is super nice and convenient, so many businesses are within walking distance, and I love to avoid having to take a car or bus whenever I can. The 434 Lynx bus stop is so close as well, so you can still get to UCF and other places if you don't have a car. Overall, very solid apartments, highly recommend!"

"I went over today to see the newly constructed apartment's and I loved them. I was greeted by Christine, she was very friendly and showed me around the area. Its a great location for singles and families given that it is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, fast food, and a spa. I really liked there amenities. Dog park, pool, grills and gym. The gym has everything you need, so no need to pay for a monthly membership at LA Fitness."

"My boyfriend and I chose this place as our first apartment together, and everybody/everything has been amazing so far! Lots of parking and as a young woman, I feel very safe in the gated community, all the neighbors are very respectful. We had maintenance stop by to fix a couple things such as making the shower water a little hotter (because this place is so new) and Jay, the person that we were blessed to have come help, was so kind and helpful, even with all the questions we had. He fixed everything we needed super quickly. He was awesome!"
