"I love Oviedo town centre, a nice clean and quiet area. Maria at the office made the process of moving very smooth and quick! She was attentive and kept me informed the entire time, the maintenance team is awesome! Very hardworking and quick to fix any issues. So far I’ve been enjoying my stay here with my family, it’s been pleasant and would recommend to anyone ."

"I love Oviedo, the area is perfect and so convenient. Here is my honest review of the Oviedo Town Centre Apartments. The staff are very responsive when it comes to replying to emails and are very good to deal with, the maintenance crew are Rockstar's! I have a few complaints; loitering seems to be an issue as well as drug use (few bad tenants). There have been many times I would return home from family outings or work only to greeted with people smoking marijuana on the stairs (day and night) with total disregard of others around them especially young children. I have a full-time job that I am proud of, from time to time would have the occasional drug test to take. I am terrified to walk pass the cloud of marijuana just to get to my apartment cause, I do not want to lose my only source of income. Also, sleep is very important to me especially during the work week, often late at night I get awaken to the sound of people talking hanging out on the stairs smoking all night so some nights I do not really get much sleep. It reached a point every morning before I go to work, I make sure marijuana, cigarette & cigar butts and ash are removed from the common stairway by my apartment so that the kids would not see all the garbage that is left behind from the night before. This community is a mixed income community (unrestricted and restricted income), I do not judge others, if you choose to do drugs and not work all day then that is your choice but please consider those hard-working families who are trying to provide for their families and live in peace. Management, please conduct weekly walks around buildings to address the stairways being used as ash trays and post warnings about drugs in the common hallways and stairs as well as loitering. Let us keep this complex drug free!!"

"I couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far moving into Oviedo Town Centre, from the very beginning, starting on the wait list to now, Alison has been patient, kind and helpful all around. Frank was very informative during my inspection of the apartment and was helpful with anything that needed to be replaced or touched up which wasn’t much at all. The move went flawlessly! I’m still settling in, but have been super happy with the apartment at ever turn, the environment is warm and inviting and I feel completely at home all ready. ( moved 7/10 ) Thank you guys for letting me call Oviedo town centre home."

The maintenance people, quickly and kindly resolved all my maintenance needs, they're an excellent team that get repairs completed in an efficient and courteous manner."
