"Maintenance here is very prompt and gets the job done. Update 10/26/23 I’d like to add to my last review. I have lived here for quite a while now. Every single time I place a work order in the resident portal, our team of men get on the job ASAP. I have ALWAYS received stellar service from Rob and Terrence. All work orders are fulfilled in a timely manner. Thank you gentlemen for keeping our homes up and running smoothly and keeping our grounds looking clean and beautiful at all times."

"I just recently moved out in October due to a rent increase, however I wish I didn’t have to leave. I loved it here the 4 years I lived here. Maintenance is amazing! The pest control is on point and my neighbors were awesome! If you pay your rent on time and report to maintenance in the app when anything happens, they usually respond same day or the following day. I did leave the place spotless and wish I would’ve gotten more of my deposit back and didn’t really agree with the quarterly rent increase but other than that it really is a great place to live."
"I moved in in 2012-2021. I have to say that I had nothing but positive experiences. My apartment was spotless when I moved in. I had to move out because of certain circumstances and not a day goes by that I don't miss my home. I am getting teared up writing this review. All the staff was fantastic and repairs were done almost immediately. The location is close to many places to shop and eat. It is right off the 417 and super convenient. The property was well kept and I never had any issues. I am planning to move back in when something becomes available. Tammy is amazing!"
