"After living here for 2 years, I am incredibly happy I can call this place my home. The community is beautiful and the people who live here are friendly. Not only this but the staff at the leasing office is very accommodating and helpful. Maintenance is always there to help quickly when there are service orders put in. Shoutout to Berenice as well for being wonderful and giving us a warm welcome to Promenade at Aloma. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"I have lived here for about 5 years now with my boyfriend, and I must say, we love it here. It’s hard to find a complex with great staff, a nice layout, prices, a great community and amenities all in one. Promenade at Aloma has all of those, and I have really made myself home here for the time being. Especially from efforts from all the staff at the leasing office, and the maintenance team, everyone I have come across over the years has been super helpful and kind. Travis and Javier on the maintenance team always fix any issues and give us the knowledge for next time. Berenice in the leasing office is very patient and attentive. They take great pride in keeping our community safe and clean as well. Which I also appreciate. Just haven’t seen any food trucks here in a while, those are a nice treat! Thanks everyone :)"

"I have loved living here! I've lived here for 1.5 years now and it's always been a peaceful, quiet community to be in. Maintenance is ALWAYS timely and helpful. I want to give a special shoutout to Bernice for always being so friendly, goes out of her way to say hello to whoever she sees on property, and she really fought for us to get the apartment when we trying to sign the lease. I've never had big issues with parking. Valet trash is great and they routinely keep up with the aesthetics of the property and building. I've also never felt unsafe here. The upgrades to the pool area last summer was also a great addition :)"

"I’m happy to call this place home. The warm welcome that Bernice had for us when my family and I were searching for a place, was all I needed to feel, in order to determine where we would move. She is informative, sincere and knowledgeable. Being in our home for some time now, when ever we see Bernice on the property, she is always with a smile and always stops to greet us and chat a bit. My children absolutely adore her. She is an asset to this property and I’m happy we made the decision to move here. The entire staff has been nothing short of awesome! From the property manager to the maintenance staff. Travis has always served our home with a happy heart and willingness to serve. And he goes above and beyond his duties to assure that things are done right. I appreciate this team."

"I very rarely write reviews unless I really am impressed and I absolutely have had the best experience with Travis. He was not only professional, consistent, considerate, kind, and a talented individual but he is an amazing worker. I off the bat knew he enjoyed his place of work and his position. He was super insightful as well as helpful. I appreciate his hard work and effort. I wish everyone worked as kindly as he did. He never made me feel bad for asking questions or needing help, instead he encouraged me to be open with anything I needed help with. He has a positive attitude and it really brought a great energy for my day. I have to rave about him because he’s absolutely phenomenal at his job!"
