"you get what you pay for but now their renewal rates are crazy for what they offer here. Kim, the property manager, is near impossible to reach out to about any concerns. only MY building is being overcharged every month for electrical overcharges despite everyone else in the community being charged less. me and my roommates have been without water for 3-4 days and all they could offer was a couple of bottle of waters, and countless emails saying they'll turn it on asap. our kitchen cabinet broke and they screwed it back onto broken wood. obviously, it broke AGAIN and maintenance still hasn't done anything about it. im stuck living at this dump for the next 6 months and they have the nerve to charge 800+ for this. if u could take ur money somewhere else."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE. HORRIBLE PLACE, management does not address any concerns seriously and is not communicative regarding anything. The apartment was run down and not worth the rent at all. If I could give it ZERO stars I would."
"I hope you read this review and run. I mean it. People who work here are disgusting and will lie directly to your face and then deny it down the line. The staff is incredibly rude and Kim. The property manager is even worse. It may seem nice on the surface, but trust me the minute you have any problems you'll regret ever moving there. Even if you think it's your last option, there's something better... A cardboard box on the side of colonial is better"

Property manager is a nightmare to work with on anything. And the staff will blatantly tell you lies to get you off their back."
"I’ve lived here for a year, rented somewhere else after that year, and when I came back to pick up a sublet for this community there is an even worse black mold problem that the office refuses to take responsibility for. It’s one of the cheapest places around, but it by no means is the most value. Bite the bullet on your budget by $50 more and get a nicer apartment in the area!"
