"We have been living at B22 for 2 months now and this is one of the best buildings I have lived in (and I have lived in many luxury apartments). You can tell that everything has been made with quality, care and love. Starting with the apartments themselves - the walls are massive and soundproof, the windows don't let in any outside noise and the appliances are of good quality. The washer and dryer are not the newest on the market, but there are extra washers and dryers on the 8th floor where you can wash your bulky quilts etc. The amenities are made with thought and care - the community room is super family friendly, the books are awesome, we hosted our friends and family there and it was perfect! The gym has the best collection of equipment and I mean that! Most gyms inside these buildings suck, but this one (albeit not a huge space) fits everything one might need. Even the design of the gym (faux steel beams) is super cool and the views are unmatched. And the terrace is just awesome - perfect to get some fresh air after a workout, barbecuing, having breakfast on etc. The super is extremely nice, responsive and very helpful. The elevators have been working the entire time we've been here, so that issue seems to be fixed. I don't really get the negative reviews, I guess people always have something to complain about and this comes from someone who has lived all over Europe's luxury buildings. My little family feels very safe and comfy here."

"Mark Botz owes me my security deposit back from 2020 along with an additional something due to the terrible experience I had when residing on the property back in 2020. Mark failed to correct the issues during the time I resides in the property in which I have all emails with his “attempts” to correct the situation by offering my early lease termination along with my security deposit. Mark neglected for the last few years to honor his end in following up with I. I recommend think twice before heading into the unit. I dealt with trash neighbors who fought and clearly damaged the units as you would hear the banging, I had no hot water for months, along with the elevators not being active. Mark did nothing correctly to support the situation until I responded with google reviews. In addition, if you live within the “wind tunnel” you’ll not have fresh air as the windows open 3 inches, along w the smell of dog urine from neighbors below. I contacted the property and spoke to several individuals whom claim to not know whom Mark is / was not have they responded back to I regarding the deposit with held. I’ll continue with the reviews. Highly not recommended."

"You would think moving into a “luxury building” this would be a great experience but it’s truly not. Multiple issues throughout the year. Only one elevator that is usable been like that throughout the whole year. Multiple service calls for apartment. And the worst part is having random dogs just showing up into your apartment, yes inside!! Definitely did not feel safe using my patio nor going to take out the trash. Management is basically non existent and chooses when to respond to you, very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend anyone with a family living in this place!"
