"Leasing office of this place is very very slow to in responding. I was interested in leasing the apartment from here, exchanged emails with Jason, I liked the apartment video as well, but the responses were sooooo slow that I could never book an in person tour and eventually lost interest because of slow response. To me, if the leasing office is this slow in responding to prospective customers, that's not a good sign. Since I cannot reply to the response from the owner, adding my response here: Really, you want "me to reach out to you" at my "earliest" convenience to resolve the problem of not getting timely response few weeks ago when all you need to do is fix the slow response issue internally with your leasing team? 1. How is that going to help me now? How can you possibly resolve this for me now? 2. Did you try to internally solve this instead of sending a generic response of reaching out to you again? This is not something for which a customer should need to call you to share more feedback. Its all there. Your leasing team is SLOW at responding to prospective tenants and you are losing tenants because of that. Fix that. Its as simple as that."
"Amazing place to live. Location extremely convenient in regards to being close to NYC. Extremely modern design and floorplans. Beautiful views of the bay from apartments. I absolutely love the amenities! Gym has everything one would need and the terrace has beautiful views of Manhattan. Highly recommend and is true luxury apartments!"
"I’m so glad to live here because the social areas are amazing, always clean and working well, the staff are so friendly and pleasant to help on every occasion also the location is great! the view is gorgeous, lovely place to live and enjoy all seasons close to the park and the bay; It is just perfect to have a great time with a family and pets. I can’t wait to enjoy the pool and bbq area in summer✨✨✨ thank you"
"I’m surprised at some of the negative reviews. The property and amenities are absolutely gorgeous. The maintenance and cleaning team work hard to ensure all common areas (garage, elevators, amenity spaces,etc) are always in great condition. The management and leasing office have always been pleasant and responsive to our questions, concerns and requests. The location is wonderful. As you walk out of the property you will find perfect running/biking/walking trails. There is occasional loud music coming from the park, but this is a city issue not building."
