"Lived here for about 4 years now. The staff is so good to us. The agents (Kevin and Jessica) are constantly looking for ways to negotiate down rent payments, get free months of rent and parking, they even have time to stop and get to know our dogs! The maintenance crew (Damian and Oscar) is very responsive and friendly as well. The place is neat and orderly but not too strict. Awesome terrace to relax by the fire or play games of cornhole which they provide the setup for. Great gym and yoga and cycling rooms, game room, etc. Cannot say enough good about this building and it's staff. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new place to live in the NYC area!"

"Well deserved overdue review! Great location, excellent staff! 19 east was by far was the best location to call home! Sadly I had to relocate. The building location is great based on the shopping center and restaurants near by! The building is always kept cleaned and neat. Kev & Jess were always great and very professional, they go above & beyond for their tenants! My move in with both of them was very smooth! I barely had any maintenance request but when I did Damien and Oscar quickly took care of any of my request! Soon after my son’s arrival he was welcomed by staff & also given a gift card! Amazing staff & great location! If you’re looking for a place to call home look no further! 10 stars! Thank you 19 for being amazing!"
