"This is a nice apartment complex. There are a few cons that, if changed would make this a great complex. The complex has several dumpsters that are overflowing every day. With that, there is constantly trash blowing around the complex and no one picks it up. The hallways are constantly full of trash. Outside by the garages, full of trash. Pretty much everywhere you go, there is trash. The other thing, in the gym (which we pay monthly for) there is equipment (like the spin bike) that has been broken for over a year. Still has yet to be replaced. Our rent was just increased, which I totally understand. However, I think paying as much as we do, these problems shouldn’t exist."

Alex and Kristina have been helpful too. Marco and Bill have been amazing with maintenance and parking situations as well! "I've been a resident here since before the clubhouse was built, and I must say that Howard is an exceptional clubhouse manager. He consistently organizes fantastic holiday events and treats for us. He even managed to bring food trucks to the community, which is a godsend for those of us who have busy workdays and want to avoid the hassle of cooking or dealing with high delivery fees. I'm genuinely appreciative of Howard's invaluable presence here at Bayonne Bay."
