Park Bayonne

"Have loved living in Park Bayonne so far. The community is quiet and polite, the views are amazing, the location is severely underrated, and the maintenance man Sal went above and beyond to make sure any issues were taken care of with an incredibly fast turnaround. Very impressed by how quick he is to respond to and fix problems after they are reported. Demonstrating excellent professionalism, he took the time to call beforehand and was finished within minutes."

"I love living in this building. Some of my favorites perks are the quiet and the privacy, the spacious and updated apartments, beautiful roof deck with newly replaced grills and even an herb garden, coffee machine in the lounge and especially, the Peloton in the gym. But most of all, I love living here because of our main maintenance man, Sal. He is one of the hardest working and most honest workers I’ve ever met. Any time we have something that needs to be taken care of, he is on top of it in 24-48 hours and he always does a really good job. More importantly, he is so kind and friendly. He always greets me with a smile and good conversation, asking about me and my husband and sharing his own stories as well. Every time I see him, it brightens up my day a little. If you live here, not only will you be pleased by the quality of the accommodations but also you’ll be taken care of and looked out for by Sal, the most valuable employee on the Park Bayonne team."

"Management's business ethics poor: I had a really unfortunate incident with application process with Park Bayonne. Due to their website issue, I was not able to apply for an available unit despite trying multiple times on the same day. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I thought i can try applying next day if the site issue resolves. Next day when I went to apply, the unit was no longer available. I reached out to the leasing office and was told that someone else applied for it, and I explained them my site experience due to which I wasn't able to apply first. The leasing agent did apologize for site issue, but told me they can't do anything about it and had to follow the other person's application. I was told though that they'd contact me first if the other application doesn't go through. Fast forward 2 days later, leasing agent does reach out to me saying that apartment is back in the market, but I'd have to pay the current day's market rate which was literally $600 more than the rate I was trying to apply for 5 days ago, so the market rate literally went up $600 (from 2660 to 3300) within a span of 5 days?? I asked if they could honor the same rent as I was originally applying for as they were aware about the site issue I faced, but I was told no by the leasing agent. I have nothing against the leasing agents as they were probably following their standard rules, but I think management should look into such scenarios on a case by case basis and look into the root cause as to why this situation occurred. Had their site been working fine, I'd have been the applicant at the $600 cheaper rate. I don't think management made a decision in the right spirit. This is where a business stands out whether they are being ethical or not."

"Love this park. I got here all the time to throw the ball around. Baseball catch or i go jogging in the running track that they have. They also have restrooms, a fountain, a waterfront walkway, football and baseball fields, baskeball courts, and plenty of parking. They also have exercise equipment, and picnic tables. A fantastic park. They also have a childrens park area with swings and slides, and a dog pak as well. Lots of stuff in the park. I love it."

"Just signed a lease for my second year at ParkBayonne. All amenities are open & interior upgrades continue . The staff are very helpful and proactive if issues arise. Kylie, our on site manager, along with our maintenance team , Sal and Joe, went above and beyond to maintain safety in the building during the months of lockdown. Happy to be in my perch above the trees."
