"Love my apartment!!!! It’s affordable but LUXURY!!!!!!!! The property manger and super are very welcoming and gracious. I love it. The main quarters are cleaned everyday! Every common space smells delightful! I L O V E IT HERE"

"I am currently a tenant in this new building. As the previous person stated in their review my husband and I were "sold" on the "quiet construction" used in this build. Noise absorbent materials used between floors and walls of all units. That HAS NOT been the experience! The apartment above us has 2 pit bulls (was surprised that breed was allowed). In fairness the lease states you can have 2 pets. They can't be more than 70lbs. Doesn't specify a piece or in total. Well, we now have 2 60+ pound dogs running and playing above our heads all day EVERY DAY!!! It's a requirement that you wear a mask in all common areas but time and time again this doesn't happen. There is no "office" on site so not much you can do except email or call in your concerns, which go unresolved. I love our apartment space. New appliances and a well kept building by super on site but the lack of tenants following the lease AND simply being decent neighbors and human beings is blaring missing in this 72 unit building. If you are looking for peace and a quiet living experience this IS NOT the space for you!! We have resolved ourselves to moving when our lease ends. Side note. I see that the tenant who lives above us decided to leave a review on us and AS WELL AS the property. I'll say this, I did indeed come to your door on our 1st week here but what you neglected to say was after introducing myself as your downstairs neighbor and were you ok as it sounded like someone had fallen suddenly, you told me why am I telling you about the noise , tell management and then SLAMMED the door in my face!!! Misery loves company but I'm gonna to let you go SOLO with this kind of craziness!! All I will say is Whomever rents this apartment has a TERRIBLE neighbor in you!!"

"Archview Flats is ideal living sanctuary… interior design are eye raisers well decorated… the building staff is amazing as well management…. Adam from management is a gentleman and a scholar…goes out of his way everyday to be helpful and solve any problems or issues that arise which is rare… Always responds to phone calls and texts ASAP… Sal the Super is goes above and beyond…. Him and his wife keep the building immaculate. Always smells freshly clean day and night. Beautiful amenities around the building that me and my fiancé enjoy… it feels like your always on a vacation….this place is perfect for a family and a couple that is planning a future."

"Currently a resident on the 6th floor I would like to reiterate some of the points brought up in other reviews. First and foremost I'd like to applaud the superintendent Sal who as everyone else mentioned is outstanding. He is ALWAYS working...24/7. He makes himself readily available to help and does it with a smile, I certainly hope management pays him what he is worth! Also the cleaning crew keeps the building immaculate and it always smells nice in the common areas. I have experience with several other luxury buildings in Bayonne and you really can't compare Archview to the others. The quality of the finishes, and appliances are nicer than most, I have not had any problems with the noise at all. My neighbor who has the two dogs is always respectful and friendly and I hear the elevator ding in the hall more than I hear anything else in the building. Being on the 6th floor you do have the HVAC units above you on the roof and you can hear the sound...however calling it a helicopter landing is a bit dramatic. Management has been friendly and easy to correspond with for the most part. My only complaint about the building is the parking spots in the garage are small and if you drive a large vehicle the spots can be difficult to maneuver into...but with that said it is nice that each unit comes with a space. Overall the apartments have a nice layout, the building is well maintained, and with amenities and parking included Archview has been the perfect apartment for me so far."

"I am relocating to the area from Seattle and doing a blind move as I won’t be able to go out there prior to moving. Anthony has gone out of his way to show me any and everything he can about this apartment to make me feel comfortable. The building and apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Don’t let the sq ft fool you, the layouts make all the difference and the space is enormous! A 740 sq ft unit easily compares to a 1000 sq ft unit I saw. The walk in closets are massive and the u-shape kitchen could belong in large house. Lots of gathering spaces inside and outside. And being that I’ll be there alone it is great knowing the building has secured access and in a safe neighborhood. I haven’t even gotten there, yet, and I’m in love with this place and Anthony has made the entire process just seamless for me! Thank you!"
