"I have been living in Bay 151 for about 2 years. I want to especially acknowledge Angel’s help. Angel is always super nice and helpful. He responded to my maintenance requests quickly and always tried what he could to help. His work was also very professional and effective. He is also very nice to my dog. Every time we met in the hallway, he said hello to both of us. I really appreciate his help, which makes my experience living here better!"

"We started living here since September 2022. From the moment we stepped inside the lobby for our leasing tour, the fresh floral fragrance hits your nose and I was in love. Julian was very thorough with our building and apartment tour. Ever since we moved in, we have had no complaints. Living here is a smooth sail. I would highly recommend these apartments to everyone. It also has easy access to the NYC and Jersey city."

"I've been residing here for the past five months, and I must express my deep frustration regarding the recurring issue of lost packages. It's perplexing to comprehend the purpose of having a supposedly secure locker system when, more often than not, packages end up scattered carelessly outside, vulnerable to theft and damage. While it's challenging to pinpoint the exact source of the problem, it's evident that some delivery personnel have consistently shown a lack of responsibility by haphazardly leaving packages in various inconvenient locations, sometimes even outdoors. Adding to the frustration is the fact that, on occasion, there is someone available at the front desk who appears to be oblivious to the mounting issue. I've witnessed packages piled up on the adjacent table, right within their reach, yet they seem disinterested or unwilling to assist. This breakdown in the system not only leads to lost and stolen packages but also erodes the trust we place in the management to ensure a secure and efficient delivery process. I implore the management not to overlook this pressing matter. It's imperative that swift and effective changes are implemented to address these persistent concerns. On the brighter side, aside from this particular issue, there isn't much else to complain about."

"Lived at Bay 151 for 3 years and am moving out this Saturday because my wife and I bought a house. We think this is a great community with access to the light rail, shuttle service to Jersey City's Grove Street PATH, and only a few blocks down from Costco! I think getting off the turnpike and driving right into our garage is the best part about coming home and makes commuting in a car, just a bit more tolerable. Love that we never had to pay water or trash fees since we've been here - this has definitely saved us hundreds over the years. There's so much to do in the building from the game room, outdoor pool, 2 level gym, dog park, car wash area, bike storage, and monthly community events, that we've definitely been busy keeping up with all the cool things we can take part in! Thanks Bay 151 for an awesome time! :)"

"I really have enjoyed my time at Bay 151. My apartment is spacious, the amenities are a plus and love that management is hands on and throws community events for all ages. I was remote but recently went hybrid and the shuttle is a huge convenience. Whenever I put in a maintenance request the staff is quick and efficient. Angel and Jonathan are always so helpful, courteous, and friendly. The whole maintenance staff is super friendly and can always be seen busy keeping the building clean."
