We are aware other tenants moved out soley because they did not get along with Rob. Beware of the fake 5 star reviews posted to cover up the real ratings."

"Moved into Silk Lofts a year ago, very nice place to live, Rob ( the manager) and Mike (the super) are very professional and take care of any issues efficiently and in a very timely manner, the building is very clean and well kept, the people in the building are nice and friendly, it is very quiet and I would highly recommend it as a great place to live."

"Moved into the silk lofts with my girlfriend and our dogs. Apartments are beautiful probably best in Bayonne for our taste. Rob is very friendly, professional and is an excellent property manager. He addresses all of our concerns or issues. This is a stark contrast from other condo buildings I read about in Bayonne. You have you few bad apples in the building but that's with any apartment building."

"I moved into the Silk Lofts in June 2019 and moved out recently (June 2022). I honestly have no complaints, the neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are respectful as well as the staff/management. There was never a situation where assistance wasn’t provided if needed. Whether you use the app or send an email the silk lofts team will contact you to ensure your concerns or issues are addressed to your standard. They are in constant communication with their tenants about everything going on in or around the building as well. Living at the Silk Lofts has made the last 3 years of staying in New Jersey a pleasant experience for me and I would honestly move back in a heartbeat if it wasn’t due to being relocated for work."
