XAVIER FROM THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT ALWAYS RESPONDS PROMPTLY ADDRESSING ANY ISSUE THAT MAY ARISE. HE AND HIS CREW IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE AS THEY ARE OFTEN SEEN ON CAMPUS WORKING ON VARIOUS PROJECTS."

"Literally the worst.!!!! We have been trying to find parking since 7:30pm. It’s now 1:10AM and still no parking. It’s not like we can park our car just anywhere.!!! People just double park… the main strip is full, side roads are full.. it’s like we have to be home at 2 and not have a life!!! (It’s just a simple push your car up so other cars can park as well) And to top it off we have been on the list to get parking since we moved here in march.!!!! It’s a joke. Me and my family are tired and having to stay up late after a long day of work for this nonsense… And to top it off I have neighbors who are completely rude and scratch off my family’s name off the mail box!!! Been nothing but problems… land scape is mostly what they keep up on!!! The pant in the apartment chips constantly… we are not able to control our own heat. We don’t have a thermostat in the apartment.. we honestly weren’t able to look at the apartment until the day we moved in…. We where suppose see an apartment until they said it wasn’t ready yet.!!! If we would have seen the apartment before hand, we honestly wouldn’t have moved in here… Also let’s top it off with the rent is way to high, we are pretty much paying a mortgage here.!! UPDATE: Paint is chipping about pretty much in a lot of places throughout the house.!!! Ceiling is chipping. The last picture is our shower door that they gave us when we originally moved in. And I already know once I go to the office about this they are gonna just paint right over everything. I have animals and non of this is safe.. the fact that we haven’t really put anything into our apartment since we moved is pretty sad… we HAVE NOT been able to make this our home.!!!"

"I just moved 3 months ago and I can’t wait that the lease will end to leave. Unprofessional is a very weak word to explain my experience. 1. They are lying on the website about having Laundry in the building!! IT EXISTS, but it is a lousy place to even enter! Very old machines and dirty! You can’t even put your clothes in them! See pictures!! 2. Very very bad parking area!!! If you come home after 4pm… you will never find a place to park in even 5blocks around! I am on the “waiting list” since my lease started!! I was never given a timeframe nor a number of the waiting list, even though there are empty spots available. And I believe that they are not revealing this information because they are giving parking spots to whoever they want! 3. NO security system! No cameras…!!! My packages have been taken two times till now!! And they just don’t care! 4. They don’t reply to emails!!!! They don’t reply on Facebook Messenger! I tried to postpone sharing all that on social media, maybe they will reply and do something… but they never did. Next I will post on Facebook & LinkedIN! People have all the right to know the truth behind this place. From the outside it looks good, but very frustrating when you go in! Very bad experience! The only good thing is that the maintenance people are great. Especially Antonio, he is very responsive and with high technical skills."

"It's been a year since we moved here and we're happy. It's quiet around here, well kept gardens, beautiful birdsong in the morning. The apartments are updated and spacious. Thanks to the admin and maintenance guys Joe and Tony the whole area is kept up very well and clean. Management is very attentive. Joe and Tony are super professional, helpful and some repairs that we asked them to do have been done very well! If you are looking for a quiet place with green areas around, Boulevard Gardens Apartment is a good option!"
