The Waterview Luxury Apartments

"What an incredible experience it has been living at The Waterview the last 2 years. The location and vicinity to everything is close to none. The building’s rooftop has unobstructed views of Manhattan and the Bayonne golf course, making it a really peaceful place to sit and relax. The on-site retail is clutch. You have a daycare, a restaurant, and coffeeshop right downstairs! Great for entertaining friends and family. Rob at the leasing office was so great to work with. He is super helpful from the initial application process, to maintenance requests, and everything in between. I would highly recommend!"

"I had a wonderful 1.5 years living in this building! The management was great, always helpful. The common areas were kept clean, and the package lockers were super convenient. The view of New York was amazing, and I'll really miss it. The apartment itself was top-notch quality for renting in the U.S. The location is super convenient, with lots of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance or a 3-5 minute drive. Additionally, there's a beautiful waterfront nearby, perfect for nice evening walks. The cruise port is also close by, adding to the charm of the area. The commute to Jersey City/NYC is excellent, with a light rail station just a 13-minute walk from the building. Overall, I highly recommend this building for a fantastic living experience in the suburb of a big city!"

"My husband and I first moved in October 2021 and just moved out October 2023. We enjoyed our time living here. We started off with a spacious studio and moved on to a sunlight filled 1 bedroom. With a baby on the way, we needed to relocate ): Robert was a pleasure to work with and also made it a point to make conversation when we saw him around. We also appreciate the hard working maintenance men who always would quickly fix anything from our dryer to a loose door knob. The view from our 1 bed was so beautiful and we enjoyed going for walks along the water. We will miss the waterview very much and recommend this building to any young couple."

"This has been such a great community to be a part of. My husband and I moved in July 2020. We've had run of the mill issues that typically come with living in an apartment building and when you are living next to and/or below other people. I will say that any issue that has come up the building manager (Robert) would respond and take action very swiftly. While it's impossible to eliminate any sounds and other nuisances, management has been very quick to address any issues of excessive noise, especially when it was happening later at night (parties, loud music, etc.). Also, the building manager and owners of the building all live in the building as well, which means they are just as invested in the quality of living as the residents. The building is very pet friendly, with many of the neighbors having dogs in their apartments. Only negative is that they have a fenced in area for the dogs to go, but often people aren't picking up after their pets. There is a package room with coded entry. The package room also has an Amazon hub, which I haven't had any problems with receiving packages since I've been here. Holidays can get a little hectic, but management often will send reminders to tenants reminding them to remove their packages. Some negatives include: --There is only one elevator in the building which means if its out of service, the only way up or down is through the staircase. Which can be a negative if you have a stroller, wheelchair, and / or groceries. However this doesn't happen too often, and its been quite awhile since I've noticed the elevator was out of order. -- You can't control your neighbors and how clean/dirty they are --When you live below someone you can often here some sounds from above - but honestly its inevitable if you live in any kind of building. So, If you're sensitive to any and all noises, either get a top floor apartment or don't live in an apartment building at all."
