"Edge is a great place to live. The location, finishes, amenities, and services are great. The common areas are well maintained and more importantly clean. Ashley, Skylar and the entire team have a great grasp on customer service. They have been able to cultivate a community feel incorporating the different demographics in the building: Starting out families, new couples, and singles. This is what truly makes the place unique. They are also quick to address any issues one has and even when it takes time to resolve certain issues, they keep one updated. Kudos to them and their commitment to great customer service."

"The gym is awful. Everything is broken all of the time. Someone used one of the machines and the cable snapped he could have gotten hurt. Lifting equipment has been broken including seats and cables for months. There are 4. Radio machine one has been broken for a year and the other 3 are not up to par. One of the reasons we rented here was for the gym, they told us that more equipment would come in including a place to store our stuff. Instead we have to put things on the dirty floor that’s covered in hair. No cardio machines work and some have been broken for almost the entire duration of us living here. They have since closed the rooftop early you have not been able to watch the sunsets in the summer; they closed the club room over the summer where you can go for respite while waiting for the only 1 grill that serves 300 people. The fire pit has been broken a week after I moved in a year ago until recently. There is a 600 dollar amenity fee that I am unsure of for what. Parking is 175 and the spots are small. People park so close you can’t open your door. My grocery cart that was in my spot against our vehicle was used for a few days and later returned by some random person. People allow their dogs to go to the bathroom everywhere including the hallway. You can only throw your garbage away at certain times because no one breaks up their boxes as per directives from emails. Sometimes you cannot even get into the refuse room. Also our packages have been stolen from the mailroom recently. Someone took our Christmas gifts!!!"
