"It's a fantastic complex with modern amenities, though we don't utilize many of them. The rooftop offers an amazing view, and the neighbors are friendly. Some reviewers have mentioned the absence of a concierge, and while staff is rarely seen at the front desk, the management has informed us that they routinely monitor our activities through the numerous on-site cameras. Failure to orgranize toys in the children's room, reset pool balls, or walk a dog without a leash in the apartment dog park may result in fines being added to the account. We are considering taking our dog to the local park to avoid problems in this supermax-type facility."

"Agreed with the issues people mentioned, the no front desk, package issue, but my experience with maintenance team is always great, they response rapidly. After moving out, the security deposit is fully refunded on time."

"Nice building but renters beware! There is no front desk person 95% of the time. I have constantly had to let UPS, FEDEX, USPS, AMAZON drivers in the building to drop packages off and every single driver complained on how difficult it is to get in. Can't believe the owners are so cheap to not want to pay someone to work the front desk. I'm sorry, but you cannot label your property "luxury apartments" with a front desk that has no coverage. There is no security whatsoever and packages have been stolen in the past as a result. Truly a shame, as this issue can easily be rectified instead of trying to save on costs."

"First and foremost I just want to say that when I first moved to Bay one it was awesome. The management team was great, the maintenance team was also great ,we had a concierge until 11pm and now it feels different. The maintenance team is being overworked, on some days they have a person on the concierge. I was told 2 years ago that we would have 24hour concierge and still nothing.I'm not really enjoying it here anymore and considering not renewing my lease. Ive been a tenant for over two years. My emails aren't being answered. We lost having a concierge until 11pm. Which caused unauthorized people to come in and take tenants packages. Deliveries are being left outside the building cause there's no one around to give them access. I lost an expensive package because of it. For the amount of money we pay , we should have better service. You can make this right by hiring more maintenance staff, the cellar floor by the elevators has been filthy for weeks, and get us the 24 hour concierge promised , perhaps return back the staff you first had. "Moved in at the end of August 2021. Absolutely love it! Before deciding to go with Bayone I explored the other new rental buildings in town and even looking in Jersey City however, Bayone provides amazing features like the amenities, rooftop with NYC skyline, 3rd Floor lounge with co working spaces, amazing gym, dog park, kids room and the best part is my amazing NYC view from my apartment. It was exactly what I was looking for and you can’t event compare with the other buildings in town, THE BEST! The staff are very nice and Managment takes great care of the building always clean and smelling good. Love that we have garage parking option very convenient and close to turnpike and major highways and Hudson county park. I walk to the park everyday very safe and quiet neighborhood. Building is beautifully designed it has everything I need especially working from home. Being raised in Bayonne I really love this town, it’s amazing how beautiful our town really is and bayone shows that you get the best of both worlds luxury with that hometown feeling. Very happy with my decision, and looking forward when the new restaurant opens on the ground level and park on the corner is completely."
