"We had been having heating issues and in mere minutes after reporting it by placing a ticket, John and Melvin assisted us. Melvin was able to pin point the issue in record time and even decided to order us a new boiler/hot water heater just in case because a storm was coming. We also had a leaky fridge in the first few weeks and they literally fixed it in rapid time. We were super impressed. My partner and I have never had a bad experience with the maintenance crew here. Everything is well maintained and Its a nice and quiet community overall."
