Parkview on Vine Apartments

"Parkview been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it for families! We signed a lease with the previous management, and Amber and Tyler took over a little over a week before our move-in date. They were so thorough at updating the unit, and even going to bat for us when the internet company was slow to respond. They've continued to make improvements to the property, and have been a joy to work with as a tenant. The location of the complex can't be beat. My husband works at the U, and it's a five minute bike ride to the trax station that goes right into campus. Costco and Walmart are right around the corner, and it's so close to the highway, and easy to access getting anywhere. Having Murray park next door with THREE playgrounds has been amazing for our daughter! She's been there almost everyday all summer. We can quickly get to Thanksgiving Point, the Gateway Children's Museum, the aquarium, and so many parks! Inside the units have been nicely updated, our heat and AC work great, and Tyler and Amber quickly respond to any concerns. This place is a hidden gem!"

"When I first moved here 6 months ago I planned on getting out of this apartment complex as FAST as possible. It seemed it was being neglected. Tenants were being ignored and nothing was working properly. I chose to sign a new lease and stay here for another year because the new management of these apartments are AMAZING. They take care of concerns I have , they are very friendly Tyler and amber have been nothing but welcoming and friendly since I’ve first made contact with them. Even my first email to them wasn’t very nice on my end and they responded back to my email with the utmost respect and care. Tyler and amber really care about the tenants here. If your looking for an apartment to call home this is a great place to be. The new owners and managers of these apartments have really turned the place around for the better"
