Braewood Apartments

"The community here is great, I love my neighbors and how central the location is to all of my needs. However, when I moved in to the apartment I noticed mold in the dishwasher. After figuring out a communication error, both maintenance and management worked quickly to address my issue. I appreciate them going back to look at my concerns and taking them seriously."

"DON"T RENT HERE! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! The units are basic and overpriced. Tenants are nickel and dimed for every little thing. If there is an incident with a unit, the upper management will do anything in their power to push the responsibility and burden on the tenant. For instance, a few units flooded at Braewood and the tenants became responsible for paying for the damages and then they were forced to move out. They are constantly raising their prices with the excuse that they are "upgrading" the units. This is a lie. The upgrades are usually a cheap excuse to raise rents and usually they're simply routine upkeep of the property like repaving the roads or cleaning the outside of the buildings. They added security cameras as a benefit to the tenants, unfortunately I found out the cameras are fake so when someone's vehicle was robbed in the parking lot the cameras were useless. The parent company of Braewood is called Capital Growth and they treat their employees and tenants horribly. They're only out to make money any way possible, even if it means screwing their tenants."

"Horrific experience. Flooding happened. They did nothing, the apartment smelled like mildew. Car break ins were happening every other night. What did they do? Install cameras and shut off all the lights so ther cheap cameras could use their crappy night vision. These guys are a mess."

"Stephanie was a great manager. Current manager is a joke. Tell you they are going to do something on a specific day and then do it a week later. Do not move here. Cars were broken into multiple times and what do they do? Install fake cameras.. screw this place."
