"I have lived here for going on two years. At first it wasn’t so bad. Out of the 20 months I have lived here I have received no less than 10 notices to pay or get out! I have never been late on my rent one time. Even if I pay the correct amount I still get a notice to pay or vacate! It takes its toll on your mental health, wondering if you messed up. Whether you pay the full amount or not you will still get late notices. This place is beyond terrible and I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here. Lorna in the office is a great person but besides that this place is ridiculous. I don’t care how good of a deal they offer you, avoid this place like plague."
"You CANT stay here any more. This place used to be decent in a great area. We moved back and management and maintenance are the worst I have seen. The apartments have bugs, I have spent my own money to try and kill them. The pest guy says there is nothing they can do. Paint on the apartment walls look like they painted in the dark and didn’t care. Now on to the tenants here. this place has changed so much since Covid. Felons live here, I have seen the federal agents coming weekly to deal with him. They will tell you no felons allowed. Not true. Spend a little more and get something better. Especially if you have a young family."
"This apartment in Utah is the worst. 1. I resided there years ago, and the manager, who appears dishonest, reneged on our agreement. We had agreed that if I moved out early, I'd only pay a broken contract fee. However, upon moving out, the manager, resembling a gangster, insisted I pay for the remaining lease term. When I referenced our initial agreement with the lady who handled the lease, he dismissed it. They engage in bullying tactics, making them the worst people I've encountered. 2. My shower is connected with the downstairs neighbor. Anytime they turn on water, I will only get hot water. Extremely hot and burned my skin. And they never fixed it in 2 years. 3. My friend’s car get window broken and steal. So many criminals in this area. 4. Someone died in the lake. After I moved out, see there were body found in lake. 5. Not good fengshui. After this experience, I've decided never to rent anywhere again. Recent reviews indicate that things have only worsened. Good luck my old neighbors."
"I really hope if you think about move to Miller states you read this!! The apartment is nice, but the administration is TERRIBLE and relly RUDE. They move the office for one apartment and don’t put in the frente for one warning. I have a picture. I will pay my rent and I don’t find the new office in Friday (they when i need to pay). So I was busy in the weekend and I ask my neighbor where it the new office today and I will pay. When I explain the situation the woman was really rude and told doesn’t matter I need pay fees. So I was really nervous and I can’t speak because I was with my baby and my englash was my 2 language. So she continuos keep rude and I call my husband. After that she told me it’s ok. So now I will descovered her name because i am cry and shivering with a baby with less 1 year. She was xenophobic and humiliated me. After my husband speak perfect English and explain again the same situation she understand. So I will call a lawyer. And if you need search for a new home, this place isn’t a home. They aren’t empathy and will humilhated you."
"The best part of living here was the nature. Also my experience with the office was great and the staff was friendly to me. The new dog-grooming building was a great add-on and the pool finally opened before I left. Overall it was overpriced and fairly disorganized. The complex continued their overcharge since I left a few small things in the apartment when I moved and was charged $150 for its removal and $65 for a spot on the carpet we missed with our rented carpet cleaner. It could just be a bad taste because my roommate and I paid $250+ in non-electric utilities every month all summer even though our air-conditioner was broken and we were rarely home - they have a socialized utility bill structure that’s pretty broken. My roommate hated the apartment so much he ended up leaving 2 months before our lease was up and continued paying the overprice. We met several neighbor-residents and the general consensus was they felt stuck there overpaying utilities on top of an already expensive monthly rent and wanted to get out."
