"It was good before but recently I can call it the worst place If you ask for repair about some thing you ask many times Every time you have to request again and again they forget about it The light get burn easily they do not replace it Most of the appliances from bad quality get broken easily When it comes to money they will charge you a lot , Not very clean Some resident are very disrespectful and they do not sleep at night make noise all night when you complain they will not do any thing You can’t find peace here"

"Nightmare on Main St. Extremely high theft and vandalism. Whenold MGMT are the thieves you'll lose everything. Nothing within walking distance. No grocery store. No safe streets anyone can cross. Used syringes a mainstay, Along with plastic vials of urine strewn all over property on a regular basis. New managers seem a far cut above the last 8 years. Rough area, high level noise 24/7! Illegal fireworks frequently, can't tell the difference between fireworks and gunshots here. Yes, we've had quite a few murders too. No place safe for children. Amenities, none of them available most of the time."

"Christina and Jozlyn are great , Christina is new in the office and you can tell she really cares about people here , and they are great to work with here iv been here for a long time and I love it here . You have to be careful and use common sense like everywhere in the valley , but for the most part it’s safe here . Very centrally located The apartments are beautiful!"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! BUGS!! NOT CLEAN!! POOR MANAGEMENT!! This apartment complex is not what it appears to be. The elevator, stair well, trash rooms and hallways never are never clean and smell awful. The apartment was not cleaned well prior to moving in. Our apartment had a cockroach infestation when we moved in and was discovered on the walk through. It was so bad there were cockroaches inside the clock display on our oven we couldn't get out. It took multiple treatments from the pest control company and our own store bought traps to finally get rid of the problem. Now that pest control has reduced their visits I found another cockroach in the bathroom and I'm hoping the infestation isn't returning. The management here is very poor. While everyone has been friendly they lack professionalism and communication. A few days prior to moving in we were contacted and told one of the bedrooms was converted into an office space and they were unwilling to restore it to a normal bedroom or lower the rent since it is not a 3 bedroom apartment anymore. We planned on subleasing the 3rd bedroom which we were told was acceptable by the apartment office when we were in the application process and then told last minute that it was not acceptable. Then they also tried to push back our move in date last minute because the vinyl flooring needed replaced and it hadn't been cleaned. We had discussed a 6 month lease and when we showed up to sign and move in they could only offer us a minimum of a 9 month lease. Very frustrating! Maintenance is horrible here. We submitted a work order shortly after move in including simple things like replacing light bulbs that were out and doors that would not shut properly. Everything on the list could have been completed in 30 minutes by 1 person. The flooring company also unhooked all appliances and fixtures in the kitchen, bathrooms and utility room and didn't reconnect them when they were done. That means no power to appliances and no water to the fridge, toilets or sinks! So we called the emergency maintenance number and there was no answer. To make things worse the voicemail box was full and the call was never returned leaving it up to us to fix the issue. It has now been 4 months since moving in and we still have light bulbs needing replaced. I have been in contact with the apartment manager Jocelyn this entire time and while she assures me she takes our concerns very seriously it is clear she doesn't care at all. This could be a nice apartment if the management, maintenance staff and cleaners all put more effort into their jobs but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and find a nicer place to live even if it means a higher rent or longer commute."
