"bad experience living in these apartments, we always had problems with the heating in winter it turned off by itself and the air conditioning does not cool the bedrooms. Their machines are very old and had problems, and it took 2 or 3 days to solve it"

"Very conflicted about this property. On one hand, the units are great. Nice layout, good design choices, love the large sink and large fridge. Staff are friendly as well. On the other hand, the grounds are COVERED in dog poop. So much to the point that most people use flashlights pointed at their feet when walking at night. There's nothing done about this. Additionally, uncovered parking can be really difficult because there are many cars that are almost permanently parked in the uncovered spaces, several broken down cars and several that I suspect are people letting friends park extra vehicles at the place or something. So if you're living here with a partner and you each have a car, it will be difficult. Also, WHY ARE THE STAIRWELL HALLWAYS AND BALCONIES CARPETED? They get so gross!"

"I want to give a big shout out to Madison for being an outstanding person!! Not only her being wonderful since the day I reached out in regards moving in to the apartments, but overall a genuine human being!! She’s has been so kind and willing to help out at all times! Her staff being able to help whenever it is possible. As well awesome person to be around! Heck she could even be my neighbor! Thank you so much!"

"We moved in a few months ago, the townhouse is nice and spacious but very outdated. Still waiting on several request from our move in, but I know a simple email reminder would get them done. Neighbors are friendly in my area, the double garage is a nice feature for us! Looking forward to living here."
