"Beautiful new townhomes! Location is great and the views from any direction are beautiful, the community is quiet and well kept. The manager Juli is fantastic and professional and Skyler the maintenance guy is friendly and fast working. Would highly recommend!"

"Very frustrating move due to no access to mandatory internet/Media package (which is aweful-the direct TV portion). They nailed through the wiring during the build and had to cut through the walls in several places to fix. This was a huge inconvenience due to the fact that we work from home and not having access to internet for a little over a month was unacceptable. Tried to use the dishwasher for the first time and it was hooked up wrong. We had to call a repairman to come out and uninstall then reinstall. We have lived here since end of October 2020 and we still do not have our wrought iron gating around our patio facing the river. We have had multiple things stolen off our patio and have reported this to local and regional management with barely an apology on their part and the comment that there is nothing they can do and that she will gladly accept our notice to vacate at the end of our lease terms. We have paid our rent on time each month yet do not have a completed townhome. In trying to have a conversation with Devon the regional was incredibly frustrating because she continually spoke over me, not allowing a sentence to be completed. In speaking with local neighbors, the same frustrations were stated. I would not recommend this community to anyone. For the high rent you get absolutely no respect nor follow through on issues that arise."
