"Hi, I am Nolan and I am a resident of Clover Creek Apartments. I recently had a sever maintenance emergency- water was flooding my apartment due to an issue with my hot water pump. The maintenance team: Bill and Justin, were over in minutes to help me stop the flooding, clean up the water, and provide a solution. They ordered a new pump and in less than 24 hours I had my hot water back and no damages at all to my apartment or any personal belongings. I am so grateful for the maintenance team here at Clover Creek apartments. Specifically my experience with Bill and Justin was amazing, they were so caring about my situation- which I was extremely stressed about. All in all a great resolution and I have nothing bad to say at all."

"DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU WITH THEIR APPLICATIONS. Andrew gave us a walk through, and told us that even if our credit score denies us, they would take a payment deposit to allow us to rent. My credit score wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great and my spouse had amazing credit. During the time we went to apply, I straight up asked Andrea why they were so cheap, and what the catch was. She stated that they just remodeled and that the market value went down in Murray. She will tell you everything you want to hear, to get you to think you qualify and to apply. But the truth is, they are just collecting money from applications and not actually renting. They charge you $50 per applicant, and $249 up front! And then the next day, they tell you that they can’t approve you, even with a first and last months rent payment or security deposit. You do not get the money for the application back. They had 5 apartments available, and there were so many people coming in but getting denied. They are collecting the application money left and right!! I’ve applied other places and got approved. It’s only this complex that “won’t approve”. Their low prices are a scam to get you to apply! Don’t do it!!"

"Everything has been good so far. Justin and the maintenance team are awesome. They are quick to come look at broken appliances and will work with you if you have a dog. Andrea and Paola in the office have been awesome as well."

"Andrea and Stephanie are the best! Andrea helped me in setting up a tour time and gave me all the details about the property over the phone and answered all the questions I had. As for Stephanie, she gave me the tour as which just as great as Andrea. They are one of the best leasing agents I have met so far. They’re kind, patient, answers all questions, and just overall helpful. I haven’t moved in quite yet but will be soon as I love the property and the leasing agents there make it 10x better. You can tell they care and that’s what it should be like."
