Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Midvalley

"Room wasn’t bad. Staff at front desk isn’t very friendly. I don’t know if they think we’re getting the service for free but they have young people at front desk that don’t know how to greet people. I arrived, there was no other guests in the lobby so, I say hi to both young ladies at front desk and never got a response, they kept doing something on their computers until 30 seconds later one of them ask “are you checking in?” I don’t know if they got trained how to treat clients but, that’s unacceptable."

"I really like this spot. I use it as home base for my snowboarding trips to Utah. Pros: hot breakfast. Cooked daily, eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast and bagels, dry cereal and milk, assorted juices. You can make pb&j sandwiches for lunch at the resorts. Luggage carts for easy moving of gear and suitcases. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Killer local right off 215 Cons: Gym is closed. Guests can be noisy especially on first floor. I had to move rooms to top floor and add to permanent requests for my stays. Other guests are friendly seem to be in the same mode: vacation. Rooms could ne updated. Ac doesn't blow cold enough (yes I use it in winter) Over all 4/5."

"The people there are awesome and very helpful. And the kid drivers they got really enjoyed talking with them. And the guy driver young kid but we had each other laughing pretty nice Lss. And I really enjoyed my stay. Just pretty crazy in the morning when the skiers are in town . But they were all pretty good people and very Pleasant, I’m pretty damn funny when they get back from skiing because they’re all pretty much hammered. That’s what it’s all about letting her hair down taking the slopes and having fun."

"I think this hotel represents great value. The location is excellent. The included breakfast is good, though I'd love to see pancakes, waffles, French toast. My room had some random issues- a sink that would not drain, a loud refrigerator- but was clean and spacious. I'll gladly stay here again especially given the modest cost."
