"I don’t even know where to start with this place. Now called “Revolve East” I’m a caregiver for my grandma so I stop by every now and then and I can’t even begin to describe how much money they’ve charged her in fees and maintenance over little things. The management is horrible. They’re always trying to find a way to charge you fees. Imagine paying $15 a month for renters insurance fee that doesn’t actually cover the apartment but just goes in their pockets if you don’t get your own. Recently they charged my grandma a $75 parking fee because I was helping her unload groceries for about less than 5 min. And they were about to tow my car because apparently it caused nuance for that little time it took for me to unload groceries. They got the nerves to say that they’ve told other family members not to park there how do they know my grandmas other family members and if we’re all related ?? I think that’s discrimination. And if they did tell those other family members and I don’t have a relationship with them. For them to assume that because they warned one of the family members means it’s everyone that comes to visit my grandma is just wrong. They’ve never told me not to park there to unload groceries. Just a bunch of cheaters. I’m helping my grandma move out of this place next year. They’ve renovated most of the other buildings except the ones that actually do require maintenance and repairs. You submit work orders that actually never get fixed. I hate that my grandma is staying here. She deserves to be in a better apartment complex that’s safe and comfortable. The main maintenance guy is very unprofessional. And not very good at his job. He will claim something is fixed but really isn’t. Just a couple weeks ago he came banging on my grandmas door at 9 am in the morning screaming maintenance emergency. He woke everyone up saying that the neighbor downstairs reported a water leakage so he had to come check our place. Only to find no water leaking downstairs at all from our place. Just very unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate and no privacy. Most of the amenities don’t even work. Some outlets in the apartment don’t work. They haven’t cleaned the carpets in years. The whole place is just dirty and my grandma is not a dirty or messy person I can’t wait for her lease to end so I can move her to a different apartment with nice and understanding management. And the fact that my grandma doesn’t speak English makes her vulnerable to their lies and exploitation. It’s not even safe environment sometimes there’s been gun shots in the area. The fire truck is always coming into the area. Very loud place. Walls are so thin you can hear the person upstairs. It’s like the apartment complex doesn’t want you to actually live here. It’s not a community of nice people at all. Find yourself different community that’s more welcoming because this is not it."
"I used to live at those apartments when i was little, i had an amazing experience here as a little girl, it was all my family could afford at the time i never understood the cockroaches or anything like that but theres was always a lot, as long as you continue to clean your apartment those roaches wont come around so much, my mom is a clean freak we started seeing less each day. I miss these apartments here and the memories i had there will never be unforgettable, such a fun experience!!!"
"Zero if I could. I would run away at the sight of this place. 1st: they accused me of changing locks and tried to have me pay a fee. After frustrated conversations they found out one of their people lost the keys 2nd: they have someone come in every two weeks to spray stuff for bugs since they got a bad problem 3rd: they have construction going on as early as 7am on weekdays 4th: they never took action to a smoking problem 5th and most irritating one: I told them I was moving out mid July and they tried to make me go all the way to august and I said no and gave them the keys July 12 I paid for all July so they would have time to get things ready for the next person to move in (since I did give them less than a 2month notice) I told them if they need any cleaning costs to let me know I’d be happy to pay. Never heard anything after from them. Beginning of august I got a thing saying it’s time to pay rent after I gave them the keys?! Now to find out They put eviction on my record! Still never contacted me I had to find out on my own These people are terrible landlords and not trustworthy especially if you’re single and female they will try to take advantage of you at every second.Especially Diana they are very rude and will try to take everything you got. they will accuse you and make accusations just so they can charge you more. Please be careful with them it’s not worth it"
"Diana the apartment leasing/manager has been very helpful and reasonable in assisting me in getting into a apartment home for my kids and puppy; as it has been difficult. Juan the maintenance technician has been very effective in completing job orders and or requests. Juan takes pride in his community role and responsibilities. As far as the other reviews, most may be true and some false. So far I have been impressed on how proactive they are to respond to issues or concerns that their tenants have. I would give the apartment complex an 8/10 just due to the air conditioning. Other than that this development isn’t that bad to live in"
"Cute spacious apartment, love the huuuge walk-in closet. The manager Diana is super nice and helpful and they have been very responsive to any maintenance issues. Also I have not seen any roaches.. or any other bug actually, despite what other reviews have said."
