"Where do i start?? I was there 3 years the roaches Infestation got worse and worse. I asked multiple times through the years to have stuff fixed it never happened. The floor was sinking in 3 years ago the day I moved in even today it hasn't been fixed. Everything I asked to have stuffed fixed they would say they are too understaffed. I finally got housing involved and Jordan threatened to evict me for getting her in trouble. The maintenance came in my apartment multiple times without permission while I was there and while.i was gone. When I finally moved out Jordan threatened to charge me 2k if I didn't remove my trash and others trash from the over flown dumpsters. Jordan stole my pulls she found outside yes u have proof. Please save yourself the head ach and stay away. She also refuses to give corporate s number"

"Was over visiting a friend in bldg 223 & first off there’s a few broken stairs that I almost fell down from. They have been like that for more than 2yrs. There is graffiti on the front entrance of that apt bldg, that has been there for like a month. I don’t see how these things don’t get fixed in a timely manner. I think your management needs looking into immediately."

"I spent 1 year here until I was kicked out because some neighbor kids broke my neighbors door. Their parents paid for the door to be fixed but Jordan still held me responsible for it. I took it to court and my public defender said I needed to present the paid receipt as evidence long before that court date . Im not a lawyer and don’t know the rules. Anyways I very much think this needs to be revisited and Jordan is an aweful person to manage anything. She was screaming at me had me in tears over a door that had nothing to do with me . Anytime I walked into the office she was an absolute female dog. I was terrified of her . That is no way to treat tenants . My washer broke right before I was leaving and I complained of it and it was never fixed . There was ample time because the judge did grant me a two week extention yet because Jordan was such a canine they just overlooked the issue because they knew I was leaving . My rating is 100 percent because of the property manager Jordan and the way she treated me. The apartment wasn’t too shabby a couple roaches . I would not recommend anybody to these apartments because Jordan might treat them just as horrible as she did me."
