"This apartment complex NEVER answers there phone/emails. April the Assistant Manager is not helpful at all! Never replies back to her emails and waits weeks after to reply. The property is BEAUTIFUL but management in the office sucks at answering calls and email."

"Living here has been a great experience. I have a community I can interact with, share, and work together to feel safe. The community board keeps us connected. if at anytime I can go into the portal and put in a work order, pay rent, or look up information on my account. There is daily and weekly news updates that I enjoy. Everything and everybody here are awesome. This is a very quiet community and if there is anything wrong I notice how people are quick to help one another. It's a great feeling."

"I can't say I've been happy here, we have a nice apartment. Our porch is very dirty and stained, many of the tenants don't pickup behind their dogs, at times I have to hear barking most of the day. You have people over pack their trash outside their doors, its a horrible sight. it's a service we don't use and yet we are forced to pay for it. We're consistent in paying our rent and yet since we've moved here in September there has been extra fee tagged on our rent to the point we wait to make out the cashier check. The third party payer you use seems to never get our rent right. So as you can see, there is really nothing to sing praise about."
