"The place looked nice and all the accommodations that came with the property. Only one issue I found out is they don't accept anyone with any felonies even if it's more than 6 to 10 years ago. Not everyone had a normal life. Mine was dysfunctional."

"I had such high hopes moving here. But unfortunately my transition in hasn’t been the best.I question if they even have a maintenance TEAM? Looks good driving in but the building are very low maintenance!! Very dirty!! Similar to the other comments I move in a week ago and my apartment had so many issues. Interior STONG animal smell. Painter did a horrible job, master bedroom Carpet have nails poking out in some areas. Crack between Bathroom floor baseboards. I have submitted request. Was told maintenance was coming 10/24 never came, fire sprinkler fell, closet bored missing from both rooms, front door loose barley lock. Exterior: the hallway, lights, stairwell are infested with SPIDERS I counted 9 above my door yesterday alone. Webs are EVERYWHERE. Scared going in and out my apartment due to the spiders everywhere. I have brought this management attention countless times and nothing has been resolve. Last thing I want is spiders inside my apartment. Building really needs to get pressure washed and pest control treatment ASAP!!! Stairs are extremely dirty, Exit sign hanging by a wire."

"Update: This place also has a roach problem. I been here about a month now and on 2 different days I’ve found a giant roach in the kitchen. I also have more service requests to submit from the last time I made this review. This place is terrible. It’s not luxurious at all. Original review: It feels like they never inspected my unit prior to leasing it to me. It seems they just patched up the walls and shampooed the carpets, but that’s it. I’ve only been here a few days and found all these issues. Issues that I needed to submit maintenance requests for. In just 5 days of being here I have submitted 3 service requests already. There’s no attention to detail. The parking lots always have trash. We are also a family with 2 cars and sometimes it’s hard to find parking unless I pay $4 to reserve an empty spot. I shouldn’t have to pay. I also requested a closer parking spot to our unit because it makes more sense and they did not want to change my assigned parking spot"
